When
sending your camera(s) for repair, fill out the Repair
Form, print it out, and forward it along with
appropriate amount to the address below. Equipment should be properly wrapped and securely packed in a box
with plenty of packing material. Please do
not include anything that is not directly related to the problem or
needed service.

We provide you with a flat-rate repair
quote that
requires no further estimating. Our rates are very competitive and well below
industry standards. Depending on the brand and the model of your camera,
repair prices vary from $40.00 to $90.00 (add $8.00 shipping and handling
charge).

Payment Information
|
Enclose
payment for the amount matching the listed repair price of
your camera with the repair form. We accept Personal Check, Money Order,
Cashier Check, and PayPal. Make all funds payable to Garry
Airapetov.

Repair Information
| Repair consists of
inspection of equipment, replacement of
worn out and broken parts and repair of defective components. In addition,
we will perform a complete overhaul CLA of your camera that includes: Shutter lubrication, Shutter speed
and curtain speed adjustment, Cleaning
of the viewfinder and prism,
Meter calibration, Exposure calibration, Replacement of film door light seals and mirror foam
cushion (if deteriorated), External/Internal cleaning. |
Shipping Information
| We
accept parcels from USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Return
shipping and handling charge is flat $8.00. Unless otherwise requested,
all equipment is retuned by USPS Parcel Post.
Customers may request
additional shipping services such as Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, etc. Please
note that all additional delivery services must be requested and
prepaid upfront.

Warranty Information
| Every effort is made to
insure that all work is performed accurately and professionally. All repairs
are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. Warranty is applied
to the work performed and/or parts
that were replaced or repaired. Warranty, however, is void if
the camera was misused (had an impact or liquid damage, tampered
with). |
Turnaround Time
| Repairs will
usually take
from 5 to 7 working days to turn around. Allow extra week for parts ordering (if needed). Requests for delivery by a particular date
are given special consideration and every effort is made to meet your
delivery date if possible. |
