Before sending your camera, it is always safe to contact us by e-mail describing the problem or symptom. This way we could instantly determine the cause and provide you possible solutions for it. 

If your camera requires a major replacement part such as main circuit board, shutter unit or external covers - we will immediately inform you via email or phone and proceed with the repair only upon your approval. 

Every camera is inspected upon arrival. If we determine that your camera has sustained severe impact, liquid or sand damage - we may render it un-repairable or un-economical to repair. In such a case, customer will be immediately notified and camera returned to you with a full refund. 

All repairs are done on premises and guaranteed for a period of 90 days. We do not ship anything out to other service facilities. Repairs usually takes from 5 to 7 working days depending on the condition and severity of the problem. In some instances allow additional week for parts ordering.
