When sending your camera(s) for repair, please complete the Repair Form, print it, and include it with your shipment along with the appropriate payment. Be sure to package your equipment securely - wrap it properly and use a sturdy box with ample packing material to prevent damage during transit. Unless otherwise instructed, please do not include any accessories or items that are not directly related to the issue or required for the service.

Before sending in your camera, we recommend contacting us via email with a detailed description of the issue or symptoms. This allows us to assess the problem and, in some cases, offer possible solutions before you ship your equipment. Once we receive your camera, it will be thoroughly evaluated. If additional parts are required, an extra charge will apply. All repairs are performed on-site and come with a 90-day warranty. Typical turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days. If your camera cannot be repaired, we will return it to you as is. In that case, you will only be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Our rates are very competitive and well below industry standards. Depending on the brand and the model of your camera, repair prices vary from $88.00 to $133.00.Please indicate your preferred method of payment on the Repair Form. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, PayPal, and Zelle. If paying by check or money order, please enclose the full payment amount based on the listed repair price of your camera. Make all payments payable to Garry Airapetov. For PayPal or Zelle payments, we will contact you once your camera repair is complete to arrange the transfer. Payments can be sent directly to our email at garryscamera@yahoo.com.

Repair consists of complete equipment inspection, replacement of worn out and broken parts and repair of defective components. Additionally, we will perform a complete overhaul of your camera that includes: Cleaning shutter and release magnets, Lubrication and adjustment of shutter mechanism, Shutter run-time and speed adjustment, Lubrication of winding mechanism, Light meter calibration, Automatic exposure adjustment, Replacement of mirror cushion, Replacement of light seals, Cleaning of viewfinder and prism, Thorough external/internal cleaning.

We accept shipments from all major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Return shipping within the continental U.S. is included and is sent via USPS with a tracking number. Customers may request additional shipping options - such as Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, or Signature Confirmation—at the time of sending. Please note that any extra delivery services must be specified upfront. We also service customers in Canada. Return shipping to Canada incurs an additional fee of $35.00.

Repairs will usually take from 5 to 7 working days to turn around. Allow extra week for parts ordering (if needed). Requests for delivery by a particular date are given special consideration and every effort is made to meet your delivery date if possible.

We take every effort to ensure all repairs are performed accurately and professionally. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering the work performed and any parts replaced or repaired. Please note that the warranty is void if the camera has been misused, subjected to impact or liquid damage, or tampered with after the repair.
